Number updating disabled?

I have been trying to add a new Destination 2 entry to my existing 0844 incoming number, using the option available under My Numbers.

My attempts have failed for a couple of days now, always receiving this response:


Number update
Please wait while we update your number..
This process may take up to a minute so please be patient...
Sorry but for technical reasons we currently can't update numbers.
Please try again later...

Is this functionality disabled or should I be replacing the 0844 number with another type?

Hi rays and welcome to the forum.

This is a known bug I'm afraid that we haven't yet got to the bottom of. I am working on it - I'll post in the system status forum when we've got it fixed (relates to a server move we had a few weeks ago).
