Greetings bdtv and welcome to Voipuser

If you go to 'My Numbers' in the main menu to the left of this post you will see a drop down box with a choice of countries.

Bear in mind that different number series (0871 0870 0709) each have different capabilities. You may have to add a further number to achieve your goal depending on exactly where you want to divert to. You don't mention where 'your home' is Wink

Looking at your set-up though it seems you already have the hang of all this ? What was your specific problem ?

Thank you very much Gray.

I am living in Italy.

with the 084493xxxxx number of my sip account i guess i can receive calls to any sip device.
and with the 0871 0870 0709 numbers i can forward the calls to any other number.

But is it possible to forward a call reived in a sip account to a Traditional number in the world(For example in Italy)?

I think I understand the question - Your original 084493xxxxxx number can only be connected to a SIP account but you can set up a further 0844 which can be diverted to PSTN in Italy as this particular destination is 'low cost'.

If you mean calls that originated from SIP (someone calling yoursipname @voipuser.org )then the answer is no you can't do that, you will have to sign up with a commercial provider and pay for the onward cost of the divert to PSTN.

Best option will always be for you to arrange to have a SIP device at the end destination - then of course you can divert to it for free.

Does that help?

Yes, thank you very much.
Now i have no problem with terminating the calls to the sip device.
But as i need also a number which terminates to my landline or my mobile number, i have to search for a commercial provider who offers such service.

What SIP device do you have? I sounds like you need an ATA like the Linksys 3102 that can probably do what you want.
